Moldons Pharmaceuticals UK has more than 20 years’ experience in drug substance development and manufacturing. We are ideally placed to deliver a wide range of drug substance services from our dedicated development facilities around the world.

We have extensive experience in medicinal chemistry and will help you to optimise the potency, solubility and pharmacokinetics of your hit substance in order to progress your project towards the clinic. Our hands-on experience of small to medium-scale API manufacturing means that our development chemists know what it takes to develop a milligram procedure into a kilogram process.

Our multi-purpose active pharmaceutical ingredient (API) plant manufactures several APIs at a time, handling high pressure as well as both high temperature (up to 150 degrees Celsius) and low temperature (down to –80 degrees Celsius) reactions. A wide range of batch sizes are also available, allowing us to support early development through to commercial needs.
